What operators ask us

No. The relay is fitted in place of the existing thermostat, and the AC is commanded through its service connector or an emitter. The equipment stays exactly what you already have.

The boiler stays in its last commanded state and continues on its own thermostat. Nobody is left in the cold. When the link returns, Holma resumes control and you get an alert that the apartment was offline.

Yes, if you choose so. You can allow direct control of the AC, per apartment, within the limits you set. Or you can allow none at all.

Yes. Modules are activated separately, per apartment. If you already have a channel manager you like, Holma can take just the calendar from it and control the climate.

We won't give you an invented number. We don't fit energy meters, so we can't measure kilowatts. Instead we show you exactly how many times Holma stepped in and how long the boiler stayed off in each empty apartment.

On servers in the European Union. Devices don't pass through the manufacturer's cloud. Guest data doesn't leave the EU.

It stays yours — you bought it. Without Holma, the relay works as an ordinary switch and the thermostat can be refitted.
