Depending on the number of apartments and on the type and number of devices needed, there may be an initial cost for the equipment. The exact amount is set after we assess your portfolio and your specific automation needs.
Yes. The initial installation fee is 50 EUR per apartment and covers the technical assessment, equipment installation and setup of the Holma solution.
Yes. You can request cancellation of the subscription at any time, depending on the contract term you chose: one month or one year. For the monthly subscription, cancellation applies from the following month; for the annual one, at the end of the contract period already paid for.
No. Holma optimizes consumption without affecting guest comfort. Their settings remain visible and adjustable from the local devices, such as the thermostat and the air-conditioner remote.
For properties with an occupancy rate of at least 70%, savings can reach approximately 30–40% compared to typical consumption, depending on the season, the property's characteristics and the previous use of the climate systems.
